Gombos Leyton has extensive experience protecting professionals and corporations through strategic planning, internal investigations, and aggressive defense.  Because unexpected allegations of misconduct, fraud, and compliance infractions can quickly damage business and personal reputations, we provide fast, efficient representation.  We work closely with our clients to identify, collect, and review documents, conduct witness interviews, provide written reports, negotiate with governing bodies, and prepare strategic forward‑action planning.  We also defend our clients in civil and administrative litigation, including False Claims Act actions, Office of Inspector General audits, state attorney general actions, administrative proceedings, and responses to subpoenas and investigative demands.
